I am an effective marketing and communications specialist with holistic experience in brand management, resident engagement, marketing, graphic design, social media management, website management, public relations, strategic planning, performance management, customer service and broadcasting.

For almost 20 years, I have gained significant institutional knowledge in state and local government in North Carolina and bring to the table a vast array of experiences, best practices, and successes that improve the lives of the residents we serve.

Mission Statement

To earn my master’s degree in public relations to coincide with my master’s in public administration and 20+ years of public service to diversify my range of skills and make me more marketable in my profession. As a result, I will create more creative, innovative marketing and communications products to enhance and extend my brand in a more efficient and effective manner and become a more confident, authentic and eloquent public speaker while enhancing my physical wellness, professional appearance, and online presence. To achieve this, I intend to measure success through social engagement and networking opportunities with like-minded professionals and thought leaders.
